These folks are awesome. We purchased multiple glasses and have had an amazing experience each time. My glasses lose shape (wire rims) and these nice folks always adjust them for me. And when they do, it’s with a smile.

I had to reschedule multiple times and they were happy to help. The ophthalmologist Dr Donalson was not only very informative and knowledgeable, but was very pleasant and friendly. They have a $99 promo going on right now and they helped me make sure I got the best deal with my insurance!

I was nervous about having to see a new eye doctor. I had been going to see my eye doctor for over 20 years. My eye doctor retired. I came across TSO Rayford after searching for a new eye doctor. Dr. Bethany Fabrygel is amazing! She was thorough, took the time to answer all my questions, and provide helpful information. The manager for the store did my eye screenings before seeing Dr. Bethany Fabrygel and she was awesome! Zoey helped me pick out my frames/lenses. She is amazing and has a gift for finding frames that complement you! She listened to what I wanted and what I did not want. She had  me try on a couple different options and I found a pair of frames I love to wear! She was super respectful  of my budget. Thank you to all the TSO staff at the Rayford location!

The doctor and staff here are amazing.  My mom is elderly and she fell and broke her glasses.  They treated her kindly and with so much respect. Don’t think twice about patronizing this business.  Go there!

Yolanda, the General Manager was extremely helpful and patient with me. She spent a decent amount of time in explaining what was expected and assisted me with choosing the glasses that suited me the most.

Dr. Sarah Byrnes and her staff were all amazing. Their services were time efficient and professional. She answered all my questions and was patient with my 5 years old. Jade was also nice with him and made his first eye exam much easier. Elle was very nice and helpful, helped us pick the right frame and material for me and my son and made sure it will be covered by the insurance. Their quick appointments and availability on Saturdays were pros too. I decided to try a new optometrist and with our positive first experience, I would definitely return to our next annual exam and highly recommend them for everyone!

Took my daughter here and Dr Donaldson was great and took his time explaining everything to her. The staff was friendly and attentive also.

I had an amazing experience I was able to pick out three different glasses and also I had the helping hand of Zoey that was able to accommodate me with the wide selection very professional and also willing to go back and forth grabbing different frames which I felt helping me pick out the ones that I like. Offering me water very knowledgeable of the deals that were going on all of the different bells and whistles from scratch proof Blair proof transition lens she was able to help me build three perfect glasses to where I don't even have to get sunglasses anymore thanks Zoey

I had such a great experience at the TSO Rayford location. Yolanda is an angel and so amazing at her job, she really makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. I left with a smile on my face and can’t wait to return to get my glasses in a week or so. Whole staff is friendly, attentive, and the place is pretty & clean. Thank you Yolanda for being so knowledgeable, personable and kind it’s people like you that make a difference in peoples life’s for the better.

I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Alex there. They did what they could with what Costa gave them to work with. Dr. Alex stayed on top of the issue and and backed his word and got me taken care of. Again can't say enough. Even though I'm 190 miles away I'll be coming back there again.
